So as we continue our enterprise to complete work on drafts, I need to say something about an online retailer by the name of Electronic Arts. Talk about the worst system of customer service --- you tell them anything relating to your order, you get back an autoreply in a day, then you get an email from a person a day later saying basically, if we can help you we will, if we can't --- we'll tell you in another two days --- It's been FOUR days since that "human" email. EA, your online customer system and sales integration completely sucks, you get the SERVCO award for this month

Afternoon update:
Ok, so the drafts are done, awaiting some piranha action by my peer review committee --- hoo, isn't academics fun, there's no better way to prove yourself as being a dumbass than to hand over your scrawlings to your peers

On another note, I received the Tiny TV CD for FREE from Borders from one of the cashiers. I'm not sure that she was supposed to give it to me for free, but hey COUPONS!!!! yeah, tons of OC-16 COUPONS!!!, I hope they are not all expired --- I want some SLUSH PUPPY --- oh yeah, and I listened to some of the music, it's really not bad in terms of a CD of covers, sounds like pretty good karaoke
