Tuesday of Terror

Ok, so you know you're living here in the new world when you learn from the New York Post today that Britney Spears admits she is not a virgin and had sex with Justin Timberlake --- umm yeah.

Here's another note, I write reviews of stuff, well --- basically because I want to, I don't get free discs, I don't get promos, I don't have any interest in these CDs other than being entertained. That being said, I am just one voice in the world, so I cannot imagine how any of my reviews end up buzzkilling or disappointing anyone --- if you like something that I don't, I'm so happy for you --- in fact, maybe to some extent, I want to experience the same joy you do because, well, number one, it's my dime, number two I'm not out to hate on anybody creative, number three --- as a somewhat excessive consumer of American media, I just want to be entertained. That's the point of my reviews beyond ego reasons, does this CD entertain me?

On a final note, I do realize that more and more Americans are going to the gym and stuff --- but do we really have a need to lift 300+ pounds (I'm up over 300 again doing presses, but why, why?) --- Or are we going to one day need to prove ourselves with an hour of endurance on the FAT BURNER PLUS setting on the Stairmaster? --- Do we do it to secure love, attractiveness to others, why? I mean, if you're going to burn 500+ cal. in a session you should know why -- If you don't it's almost Matrix-like, you give off heat units, might as well have a machine harness it

And on a radical conservatism/Michael Savage note, what an idiot. He just buried what little credibility he had. He was fired from MSNBC for calling a gay caller a "sodomite" and wished AIDS on him ON THE AIR --- sheesh, that's your conservative love thy neighbor for you--- that's the new face of hate in America, hate that is disguised as so called rational "informed" thought, or what Savage overestimates as what he terms "the truth" --- I'm glad you're going to go away, and I don't think the rest of us will miss you
