Luau in LA: Day 4 (Yesterday)
The highlights were going to the Farmers Market. It was interesting to walk around in this market that had all manner of food, people, and just things to look at. SheDev bought a Hollywood sticker to stick on her suitcase, she now has four places on that old heavy thing
Earlier in the day we got lost, but managed to back our way onto Mulholland Drive. We were trying to get a picture of the Hollywood hills and the HOLLYWOOD sign. Did you know the sign once said HOLLYWOODLAND --- I didn't until yesterday
We also spent about two hours on Melrose --- looking at all the cool boutiques and the cool peeps. SheDev really enjoyed it a lot, I was a bit too hot and sunburned to really get into it . There's all these little hip clothes, music, comics, etc. boutiques that you can wander in and out of for about a mile or two --- I would definitely recommend it. It's something different to see
