you know I kinda agree with you that when Latoya and Jennifer Hudson were voted off, there went the really exceptional voices of the competition
the remaining three, well you could kinda toss a coin between them -- I do beleive that they will revisit this fan multiple voting idea because they are LEFT with three that are pretty marginal
actually... out of the three of them i think Jasmine had the nicest sounding voice. Fantasia has such a harsh/sharp nasal sounding voice. Sure she can belt it out and control it but its so harsh and nasally that it makes me cringe each time i hear it.
I really wish Jasmine had more control over her voice but at 18 weeks of singing and the amount of stress she has gone through i think 3rd place is good enough. She definitely didnt deserve to win but i dont think the other two are worth either.
I felt the same about Clay... i didnt think he had record contract potential. his voice is forgettable. Ruben and Kelly are great voices though.
I think if Jasmine weren't eliminated in this round there would have been a full investigation into idol voting mechanics.
