Another HIFF experience

Well, I shot off a pretty critical email to the organizers of HIFF -- on Sunday

Got back the response today which was kind of like -- well written, thanks for your comments, hope you still enjoyed the movies

Went back tonight with SD to see Up for Grabs -- to get it out of the way, it was a really funny documentary about two greedy guys who went to court to decide who owned a record home run ball -- the witnesses commentary is just hilarious -- and at the end of it, it's hard to say who should have the ball -- I think the judge's decision was the only one you could reasonably come to

I anticipated it -- they fucked up my order -- I paid them, filled out the forms-- and at the end of the day, they had no record of me paying them last Sunday -- I really don't understand how hard it could be -- keep records and don't piss off your customers -- seems simple to me, but apparently I'm a moron

Same problems with people trying to buy tickets as well and figure out which lines to stand in -- not much better 5 days later
