But not exactly the most entertaining experience
I got the feeling while watching TEAM AMERICA, that in many ways, it was very smart -- it was an excellent satire of what the world must think of America, what America must think of the world, what makes the peace people tick, what makes the war people tick -- at the end of the day, it leaves you with one proposition
No one is right, no one is wrong -- although it truly sucks to be on the business end of a destructive attack from America or the terrorists -- it's like at the end of the day, you wonder whether there is a better way than you bomb us, we bomb you, we bomb you, we bomb you, we bomb you, ...
So as a satire, you are forced to question why it is, that why certain things America does is almost becoming a hollow caricature of itself -- in other words, does it really believe in what it is doing
I don't know the answer to that -- I didn't think the movie was overwhelmingly funny -- I didn't think the movie really had a point at some points -- and there's only so far that you can go with puppet sex, especially when it is only intended to push push push that envelope
I feel in the middle about it all -- it's not really so entertaining that I would recommend it -- it's almost a peculiar curiosity that you should see just because -- we would grade it out as a C
