Today was the first Steeler game that I managed to watch this season -- only three have been on TV so far this year
It always seems to happen that when my team is having a good season, they are hardly on TV -- This because we have to suffer through the debacles on MNF -- there has never been such a whocares?!?!? matchups on MNF and Sunday night
Well, today the Streak is over, seems almost curious that the same week the Curse ends -- another streak for New England would end
The Steelers dominated the Pats -- it was interesting to hear Coach Cowher say nothing is accomplished yet, we're not halfway through the season -- seven games in, this is one to enjoy
Next week, the last of the unbeatens, the Eagles come in -- hopefully the 72 Dolphins can pop champagne next week and CHOKE ON IT

These odd unexplainable monsoons continue today -- I was driving back from shopping at WalMart and out of the blue on the freeway, incredibly hard rain
Perhaps no candy for the keiki tonight -- I can only seem to think that all the negative political ads on TV and the arrival of Al Gore and Dick Cheney in town have caused the weather of Biblical proportions

Lastly, I seek to understand about two peculiar aspects of this national election -- for the undecideds, after the past four years -- how could you still be undecided? I mean, you either want to stay the course or go for change -- and no, I don't buy that it's a choice between a turd sandwich and a giant douche
Second, the Bush supporters -- I don't get why he has so much support when there are a great deal of dubious things in his record the past 4 years -- loyalty, it makes us human -- someone said to err is human as well, no?
