The Bush team made a speech a little while ago saying that they got 286 and Kerry got 252 -- I believe the words were "convinced of victory"
Like I said earlier, the longer this drags out the uglier it makes it look for the Democrats -- hell, I know that they're desperate to win the WH -- and yes, I wanted JK to win -- but as I said earlier too, sometimes you just say -- we ran a good race, we came up short
There's no shame in that -- yes, it makes me wonder about where people's hearts and minds are -- but as for me, knowing what I know at this point, the President has left no doubt this time -- got the pop -- got the EC -- it's time to lose with grace
It's time for Ds to really think about what the hell America wants and how they fit in the future plans of leading this country -- because as far as I can tell, even with MANY FACTORS leaning in their favor -- the common peeps said, you know what -- I'm still voting El Busho
I can't understand it -- but that's why this is a democratic republic -- no one said it was elegant, informed, and un-ignorant
...or at least I didn't -- ha
what is so funny is that at work there is one person who voted for bush but when asked why s/he stated: "because i want him to finish what he started in iraq."
i just couldn't understand this mentality at all. It was as if some large corporate ceo came and messed up the finacials and caused a scandal but instead of firing him, as a board member she would rather him "finish what he started". OHHHHHHHH KAYYYYYYY!
I noticed a lot of people who adamantly declared their vote for Bush had a very ignorant stance. Many of them were either single or had no children.
Many people have never considered that perhaps invading Iraq is quite the same as aliens from another planet invading america. Yep. Sounds stupid but its true. If aliens suddenly came to America from outer space and showed up in large numbers telling you to change your way of life, your religion and just about every other facet..... what would you do? Do you fight back? Do you plant bombs in their vehicles? Do you take them prisoner when you can and try to behead them??
How would you like that???
The war is not fought on our own turn and THAT to me is the big difference. People that I know who voted for Bush dont have children or if they do they are far too old to go to war. If their children were about 17-18 they would have thought twice. If the war was on our homefront and the norm were car bombs everywhere and people getting killed daily... things would be a lot different do you think?
Welp. Heres to part II of El Busho's daddy's war. Veitnam Part II... as if we didn't have enough already.
I wish the world some peace as the so called anti christ takes his throne once more.
