It perhaps was not very wise to go walking with SD in the breezy drizzle tonight -- actually we both have noticed some low grade sick symptoms in ourselves
You would think by now I would have developed some kind of wisdom about these things -- it never happens that I have low grade symptoms and then they go away the next day -- it always gets worse, yet I do not turn the activity level down to adjust
