Customer service?
It has struck me now that a certain member of a local printing shop nearby -- has such limited CS skills that I wonder why it is that she continues to be employed by the store
I suppose that there is a measure of something to be said about the ability to technically operate duplicating and other publishing machines -- but maybe you should hide these people from the counter
I know that at the end of the day, it is a McJob -- and the highest quality of people are never employed in that role -- but still, given that she has poor CS, poorly relates to others on her shift -- man, she must run a mean xerox machine
i guess what i really dont like is those people who site behind the counter with a sucky face and do the "may i help you" with a tone of voice that sounds like they just got out of bed.
If you are gonna work that crummy job, you have only 2 duties: give good customer service and whatever yer other duties are. Giving good customer service means sucking it up. If you hate your job so much then perhaps you should work somewhere else, preferably somewhere no one can see your pouty face and bad attitude.
The reality is you are working that crummy job because you cant get a job that pays more elsewhere... or perhaps your personality sucks so much that no one would hire you with the 12 piercings and green hair.
Or maybe it's how the boss gets "serviced" by the employee, irregardless of any job work being done (with customer service or quality).
