Athletic footwear -- I simply do not understand how this stuff gets sized
I suppose I can guess that European footwear, or those boxes that have like 50 different sizes in a grid on a box are cut smaller and longer
Nikes generally seem to be cut wide to begin with -- and funny but I took out some extra wides and there didn't seem to be any difference -- weird
And then you have the OVER-aesthetization of footwear -- I mean, reflective, metallic, futuristic, breathable, colorful, etc. -- I feel like nothing I could possibly wear would match the shoes -- I was saying to SD how many of the pairs seemed like space boots or funk boots/KISS boots from the 70s
At the end of the day, I found a reasonably priced, reasonable looking pair for .50 -- and that was pretty amazing to me, seeing how most pair start at over 70
