A Memorial

I was shocked today to learn that my second cousin passed away

To be honest, for many years, we had a difficult relationship and I really didn't like her very much at all

But recently things have thawed and normalized between us, it's really hard to keep a grudge through the years, it really is ... and it's just not worth it

I know that recently she has been having serious physical problems and a series of surgeries ... I had remarked to other family members that it looked like she was withering away

Well, no one deserves to die at 36 ... I hope she finds peace that she couldn't in her last years here on Earth
