You know there's something you can always count on near government buildings -- and no, it isn't government offices
There's always a small handful of employees that take regular ... and by REGULAR, I mean, frequent smoke breaks and they just sit there way beyond a reasonable break, shoot the shit, and take advantage
Any government job that I have worked here -- always the same peanut gallery, the same times of the day, taking way too long "smoke breaks", and wasting time
It makes me wonder how life would be without such behavior ... right, that would happen

and what i really don't get is how it is mostly women that smoke nowadays, of all ages -- men, not so much, only the ones that have been smoking since the civil war -- women, all ages smokers, i really don't get it
one of the main reasons why i would never date a smoker: the time that is wasted. The last time I went out with psycho motorcycle chick it was always... try wait... i like smoke.
