TOP 1: The once again called up Sean Henn to go for NY, the last time we saw him ... he was roughed up by these same Rays -- Crawford singles to left center -- Lugo grounds to third, the force is made at second, runner at first, one down -- On the 1-0 to Cantu, Lugo steals second -- Lugo breaks, Cantu grounds back to Henn, he looks to third then puts him out at first, two away, runner at third -- full count to Huff, the payoff pitch ... down swinging to retire the side

BOT 1: Fossum goes for TB -- the 1-0 plunks Jeter on the right knee -- the trainer is out to check on Jeter, he will stay in -- Womack goes down swinging, one down -- Sheffield goes down swinging, two away -- ARod goes down swinging ... Fossum has struck out the side

TOP 2: Perez grounds back to the pitcher and is put out at first, one down -- Gomes draws a walk -- Hollins also draws a walk, runners first and second -- Hall pops to short, two away -- Gonzalez also draws a walk and Henn has walked the bases loaded

Stottlemyre out to confer -- Crawford draws a bases loaded walk, one run scores, Rays lead 1-0

Lugo grounds to the hole in short, Jeter gloves, and launches it by ARod (deja vu all over again) trying to get the force at third, the ball goes into foul territory, two runs score, the score is now TB 3-0

Cantu ticks one in front of the plate, Posada puts him out at first to end the rally

BOT 2: Matsui pops out to right center, one down -- Posada hits it hard but lines to short, two away -- Giambi hits a comebacker to the pitcher and is put out at first to end the inning

TOP 3: Huff flies to center, one down -- Perez grounds to short, two away -- Gomes draws a two out walk -- Hollins hits a soft comebacker to Henn, he puts him out at first to retire the side

BOT 3: Bernie draws a leadoff walk -- Cano hits a comebacker to the mound to start a 163 double play, two down -- Jeter flies to right center to end the inning

TOP 4: Hall hits the first pitch and singles to right center -- full count to Gonzalez, he grounds to first, the throw from Giambi is high to short, the force is made at second, one down, runner at first -- Crawford pops to left, two away -- Lugo pops the first pitch foul to the catcher to retire the side

BOT 4: Womack fouls out to right at the edge of the stands, one down -- full count to Sheffield, he flies to center, two away -- ARod grounds to second to retire the side

Good lord, the TB announce team is boring and annoying, volume down

TOP 5: Full count to Cantu, the payoff pitch is low, ball four, he draws a leadoff walk -- Quantrill warms for Yankees -- Huff grounds into a 463 double play, two gone -- Perez draws a two out walk, runners now first and second -- Stottlemyre out to confer -- Gomes hits a flare single to right, runners at the corners

Torre out, that will be all for Henn -- Quantrill in to pitch for Yankees -- Hollins bloops to shallow right, Cano can't get there, one run scores, runners at the corners, the Rays now lead 4-0

Hall flies to center to end the rally

BOT 5: Matsui blasts it to center, Hollins gives chase ... can't catch up to it, it bounds over the centerfield wall for a leadoff ground rule double -- Posada grounds to short, one down -- Giambi grounds to first, runner to third on the play, two away -- Bernie draws a walk, runners now at the corners -- Cano hits the first pitch and flies out to left to retire the side

TOP 6: Q continues for NY -- Gonzalez pops to right, one down -- Crawford grounds an opposite field single to left -- They pitch out on 1-0 to Lugo, the throw from Posada is on the money, he is caught stealing, two away -- Lugo hits a two out flare single to right -- Cantu flies to the gap in right center, Sheffield retreats, it's ... off his glove, one run scores, Rays now lead 5-0 ... Cantu in with a two out double

Huff grounds to first to end the rally

BOT 6: Jeter hits the first pitch and pops to second, one down -- Womack down looking, two gone -- Sheffield hits the first pitch and pops to first to retire the side

TOP 7: Q continues -- Lee in to PH for Perez, he grounds a single to right -- Gomes down looking, one away -- Hollins flies to center, two gone -- Groom warms for Yankees -- Hall grounds to third, the force is made at second to retire the side

Seventh Inning SNORE ZZZZZ .... Rays leading, 5-0

BOT 7: Lee in at 1B -- ARod hits a bomb to left, off the wall for a leadoff double -- Matsui draws a four pitch walk, runners now first and second -- Carter and Nunez warm for TB during the mound visit

TOP 8: Groom pitching for NY, Carter warms for TB -- Gonzalez grounds back to the pitcher, one down --Crawford grounds the first pitch to second, two away -- Lugo hits a shot over Sheffield's head and off the wall in right for a two out double -- Cantu is plunked, runners now first and second -- Huff flies to center to retire the side

BOT 8: Taylor in CF, Hollins in RF --Cano fists a bloop leadoff single to center -- that will be all for Fossum, great outing for him -- Carter now pitching for the Rays, Baez and Nunez warm for Rays

Jeter grounds the full count payoff to left for a single, runners now first and second -- Womack pops foul to short, one down -- Sheffield grounds a single to left past the third baseman, one run scores, the shutout is over, Rays 5-1

Runners first and second for ARod, he pops to second, two down -- Matsui hits a bomb to right, a three run HR ... wake up the ghosts, Rays lead cut to 5-4

That will be all for Carter, Baez will pitch for Rays -- Posada draws a two out walk -- Crosby in to PR for Posada -- Giambi goes down swinging to end the rally

TOP 9: Mo in for Yankees -- Tino at 1B, Flaherty at C -- Lee grounds to second, one down -- Gomes draws a walk -- Gomes goes on the first pitch to Hollins, the throw from Flaherty is a rainbow, Gomes has stolen second -- full count to Hollins, he draws a walk, runners now first and second -- Hall goes down swinging, uno dos adios, two away -- Mo falls behind Gonzalez 3-0, then booms it full, he grounds to short to retire the side

BOT 9: Full count to Bernie, the payoff ... down swinging, one down -- Cano hits the first pitch up the middle, gloved by the shortstop, and put out at first, two away -- Jeter hits a grounder back at Baez, it goes off his glove ... into the air, the shortstop gloves, guns, and the game is over
