The joy of public radio
I have been into listening to the Morning Becomes Eclectic segments on KCRW. They are about 30-45 minutes in length. It is surprising that with their (and by this, I mean KCRW podcasts of all flavors on iT that they haven't podded this show ... ehhh, it's probably about RIAAhrea
The show often features great live performances of less than mainstream, but very credible up and coming artists. The shows are almost 75% music content, which is cool. It does come with vid and sound, usually I just listen ... I guess for me it's not all that exciting to see guys with headphones on, performing IN-STUDIO
Recently I have seen great performances from Every Move A Picture and Athlete ... and the best of all, a lot of the shows are archived, so exercise that media plug-in. I have a lot of artists that I have been listening to lately that I want to watch their show ... ehh TIME
