Was Mr. A ever a part of VH?

I have to admit, I thought the superimposing of Ed's kid onto classic VH album photos in the place of Mike the one true bassist and BGV force of nature, was downright tacky and offensive. Then again, I thought to myself that it wouldn't be the first time that someone arbitrarily took liberties and made highly questionable edits -- for the sake of personal whim, that now, we would like to revisit the whole idea of .... for example, Greedo shooting first in SW SpecialEd or ... disowning Mike's part in the band entirely ... when I think about it further, to continue my rant, it's like two impostors in KISS makeup that wear the classic Spaceman and Cat persona makeup ... and we should still think of the re-visioning as the same?!?!?!

Well, looks like some sanity prevailed. The image of Mr. A was restored to the album cover photos. Too bad he won't be part of the reformation tour -- it is hard for me to conceive of the classic VH sound sans the big fat bass lines and BGV harmonies ... maybe Ed's kid can pull it off? who knows. I guess personally I'm at the point where I no longer support 3VH plus Dave anyway. I just don't support the direction, so I will move on.
