Ok, so I understand that our newly elected Mayor had to take office by today
And yes, I understand that city hall was not available because of the XM decorations
Here's where they lost me, they did an official swearing to give him the powers, then he has a big bash using city property
The funny thing is, there will be another inaug on Weds. -- and yes, they're gonna swear him again (although the effect is lame and legally worthless)
I do know one thing about the dude so far, the guy can throw a mean party -- too bad not a lot of peeps show
