Don't Like The Fact
That I have to constantly look at other job listings to keep my options open to upgrade my salary to live here reasonably comfortably, even though I currently enjoy my current job ... it is the eternal problem of working for the man, not enough centavos pass across the counter

And this morning, wow I never saw so much traffic in my life driving out to TEH NU CITY -- I mean, it was literally backed thick from where I get on the freeway at Waikele, all the way through to past Makakilo and halfway into Kapolei, where I get off the freeway -- It's mornings like this that make me very grateful for my job with the man out in the boonies, I suppose I should be alot more grateful

Okay, I guess no one in the dinosaur rockers scene will be recording new material soon ... now, Red Rocker and Mike are planning to record an album of covers ... and of course, what we all suspected VH is on indefinite hiatus again, with nothing planned for the future
Good news, I just saved a bunch of money on travel
Here's a novel concept: there is an Internet, you can watch stuff on it, why not show webcasts of shows live on it ... heck, I would even pay from time to time. Well, the annual KROQ Weenie Roast will be on the web at KROQ.com for FREE on May 21st, so you all know what I will be doing on Saturday the 21st LOL
The headliner is .... MOTLEY CRUE ... yeah, a WTF moment for me, too, but I figure when the hell else am I going to see a Crue show this year
The show will also feature performances from Audioslave, Foo Fs, QOTSA, My Chemical Romance, The Killers (YEAH!!!), Mars Volta, and a handful of other bands
